Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions:

• Retainer fees are not refundable. Rescheduling fees can apply when appropriate. 
• Services charges can change with every project. Rates vary.
• Raw footage is available for $300 or 25% of the overall Budget, whichever is greater. 
• I understand NX MEDIA is not responsible for replacing any lost or misplaced deliverables.
• Additional expenses outside of production such as shipping costs and location parking will be billed to the client and added to the final invoice. 
• Any additional services, products or changes to the initial project agreement at the request of the client will be added to the project balance.  
• Remaining balance must be paid  in full before any deliverables are sent to the client.
